Abundance was born from years of ecological restoration work across Atlantic Canada with Helping Nature Heal. Working with coastlines, forests, gardens, and living landscapes taught us that healthy growth begins below the surface—through the relationships between roots, fungi, moisture, and living soil systems. What makes Abundance different is its restoration-informed approach. Rather than focusing on fast, artificial growth, Abundance is inspired by natural processes and crafted with kelp and mycorrhizal fungi to support healthier underground relationships over time. At its core, Abundance is about working with nature rather than against it.
